Premises Rules

With the nature of our business and our association with accredited governing bodies in order to ensure the highest operating standards, we are bound by a number of rulings and self-imposed conditions. We have taken the step of making these fully transparent and available for all of our Members, Guests /Visitors below.

All Members, Guests and Visitors must comply by these Premises Rules at all times.

Refusal or continual non-compliance with these Rules may result in the offender being ejected from the premises and termination of Membership where applicable. Radiance Wellbeing Limited reserves the right to make changes to the Premises Rules from time to time, and any changes will be effective immediately. Copies of these Rules can be obtained from any member of Radiance Wellbeing Limited Staff.

 

1. Member, Guest / Visitor

Any Member, Guest or Visitor to Radiance Wellbeing Limited premises are required to complete a Consultation Questionnaire. Member, Guest and Visitor therapies and treatments are at the absolute discretion of Radiance Wellbeing Limited, and availability may be restricted at peak times.

All Members, Guests and Visitors are to provide photographic identification where required (Such as the sale of alcohol), and failure to provide this may result in the Member, Guest or Visitor being denied age specific services.

All Members, Guests and Visitors agree to abide by these Premises Rules, and failure to do so may result in the Member, Guest / Visitor being ejected from the premises.

 

2. Dress Code

All Premises users are expected to wear suitable attire at all times whilst attending a therapy or treatment appointment and suitable clothing such as a swim suit or swim shorts whilst using any wet facilities (Where applicable). Underwear must be worn at all times during therapy or treatments.

The following is NOT acceptable:

No underwear

Changing in any area other than designated

Nakedness in any wet area’s

Inappropriate attire can be offensive or intimidating to other Members, Guests / Visitors, and as such will not be tolerated. Refusal to comply with the Dress Code may result in the Member, Guest / Visitor being ejected from the premises; continued refusal is a breach of the Rules and as such Radiance Wellbeing Limited may terminate the user’s Membership as stated in the Terms and Conditions. All Premises users should use suitable measures to maintain basic standards of hygiene before arriving for any therapies or treatments, and wearing clean attire.

 

3. Conduct

All Members, Guests and Visitors must conduct themselves in a respectful manner whilst using premises facilities. Any Member, Guest / Visitor who acts in an intimidating, abusive, violent or disrespectful manner may be ejected, and Members may have their Membership terminated with no recourse for refund of fees already paid.

 

4. Reasonable requests

All Members, Guests / Visitors must comply with any reasonable request from Radiance Wellbeing Limited staff in relation to health and safety, and to ensure smooth running of the business.

 

5. Lost Property

Any belongings left at the premises will be kept for a reasonable period (30 days) and then may be donated to a local charity.

Radiance Wellbeing Limited takes no responsibility for loss, theft or damage for any items brought into the premises, unless Radiance Wellbeing Limited is shown to have been negligent. Radiance Wellbeing Limited strongly recommends Members, Guests / Visitors to avoid bringing valuable items to the premises where at all possible

 

6. Children

The Company regrets that we do not have the facilities to accommodate for children under the age of 16. If you are considering a membership option and are aged between 16 and 18 please see point 2 of our membership terms and conditions.

 

7. Photography

Our website shows a range of photography depicting our rooms and facilities. Please note that photography used on the website accommodation pages is for illustrative purposes only and is not a guarantee of the exact room you will receive, however we will always try to accommodate specific requests at the time of booking.

Members, Guests / Visitors are not permitted to take photographs anywhere within the premises without the sole permission of the Managing Director.

 

8. Alcohol

Radiance Wellbeing Limited operates a challenge 25 policy; Challenge 25 is a scheme that encourages anyone who is over 18 but looks under 25 to carry acceptable ID (Passport, Driving Licence, Citizen Card or Military Photographic identification) when they want to buy alcohol. If you are lucky enough to look under 25 you will be asked to prove that you are aged 18 or over when you buy alcohol. If you are under 18 you are committing an offence if you attempt to buy alcohol.

 

8. General Health and Safety

Radiance Wellbeing Staff are here to ensure that your experience with us is simply the best it can be. If any Member, Guest / visitor has concerns in relation to health and safety, they must report the issue to Radiance Wellbeing Limited staff immediately.
